Setting and Siting

No, this is not a grammar lesson, it’s more of a real estate lesson.  Siting refers to how and where a structure is located on a property while the setting refers to the surrounding qualities of the property. Creating the your perfect mountain home in Highlands, NC requires finding a piece of property with a great setting and then siting the home properly. Without both, even the best architecture is still going to fall short.
