View From The Pasture

I will admit my bias right up front concerning this house.  In August of 2003, we moved here from Atlanta with our two Great Danes.  In October, we brought our daughter home from China.  We built this house with the goal of making it the perfect mountain cottage and I still love it.  From the metal roof, board and batten siding, painted wood walls, built-ins, stone patios and screened porch, it’s just a happy place.  The 3.7 acres are unique for mountain living with a view and fenced pasture, which is great for dogs, horses or kids.  It’s ideal for any gardener, there is lots of sunshine.  The timber framed barn is a work of art.

I am now selling it for the second owners since we left and like everyone before, they fell in love with it also.  Look for comparative properties and I think you will then understand why this property is so special.  $583,000.  Virtual Tour
